Job Description


Implement and execute state level demand generation plan and ensure regular follow up and purchase with focus on influencers and contractors, and new projects/sites.


  • Tertiary Sales generation through own efforts .
  • Identification of contractors purchasing Wood working adhesives from plywood channel.
  • Mapping & profiling of contractors to mid / large as per defined list and updating & reporting the database on a monthly basis.
  • Demand generation through contractor connect / activations at a town / city cluster level.  
  • Responsible for executing Contractor led micro-marketing activities at Key locations within the respective territories.
  • Driving awareness (briefing), executing trials and product demos (as applicable) for marketing innovations / new launches.
  • Responsible for enrolment of contractors (both mid as well as large contractors) into influencer Loyalty program.
  • Executing loyalty program at the ground level for contractors as required.
  • Competitor activity & trend tracking in co-ordination with sales team & reporting the same on a monthly basis.


Measurable Deliverables

•  Incr in No of Monthly Buyers, Contractor conversions /Counter share / Shop share from contractor led  activities.

•  Execution of all On-ground Influencer Activation Programs.

•  Tertiary Volume /Market Share growth in the town clusters responsible for.


Minimum Qualifications

Graduate from a good reputed institute, with experience in Trade Marketing or front line sales. 

Specific experience

Around 1-2 years’ experience in Trade Marketing or Sales. Fresh graduates can also be considered.
