  • DOCUMENTS COLLECTION AND WORKINGS FOR FILING REBATE  AND COORDINATION WITH THE DEPARTMENT FOR GETTING THE SANCTION ORDERS
  • COMPLETION OF AUDITS AND ASSESSMENTS UNDER PRE GST REGIME
  • LUT UT1 AND OTHER BONDS
  • MONTHLY SALES AND PURCHASE  UPDATION
  • CO ORDINATION WITH THE FISS TEAM FOR FILING THE MONTHLY GST RETURN WITH FISS TEAM
  • LIASONING WITH DEPARTMENT ON SCN'S AND LITIGATION MATTERS ETC
  • LIASONING WITH DEPARTMENT ON REGULAR BASIS
  • ADVANCE LICENSE WORKINGS APPLICATION STATE, UPLOADING IN SYSTEM & CO ORDINATION FOR REGISTRATION IN CUSTOMS,   SUBMISSION OF SHIPPING BILLS, EBRC'S, EXPORT DOCUMENTS ETC.
  • EPCG LICENSE WORKINGS APPLICATION STATE, CO ORDINATION FOR REGISTRATION IN CUSTOMS,   CAPTURING THE SUBMISSION OF SHIPPING BILLS, EBRC'S, EXPORT DOCUMENTS ETC.
  • Collection and the dispatch of Statutory Forms, under the pre-GST regime
  • SCRAP INVOICING,   SCRAPPED MATERIAL DETAILS DOWNLOAD FOR REVERSAL OF CENVAT CREDIT ON SCRAPPED GOODS
  • POST SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION AND UPDATING
  • UPDATING OF STATUTORY FORMS RECEIVED/ISSUED  FROM VENDORS/CUSTOMERS  " C, I, H, E-I/E-II, F",   APPLICATION OF FORMS AFTER VERIFICTION AND CONFIRMAITON
  • EXPORT DOCUMENTS  (SHIPPING BILLS, INVOICES, PACKING LIST, BL) COLLECT THE BRN'S,  COORDINATION WITH THE TEAM
  • CLEARANCES OF VENDOR/CONSULNTAT BILLS A.S.EXIM, A.S.CORP, FLYJACK ETC
  • EXPORT INVOICE COLLECTION FILE MANAGEMENT, BRN'S & BRC'S   -  (1 to 15th - 20th & 16 -31  -  5th of subsequent Month)
  • PROCESSING OF EXPORT INCENTIVES -   DOWNLOADING OF DBK ICEGATE, UPDATING AND CAPTURING THE  SAME IN MIS, COORDINATION WITH FISS FOR ENTIRES TO BE PASSED IN BOOKS.
  • COORDINATION WITH THE WEARHOUSING TEAM FOR SUBMISSION OF JOBWORK DETAILS  GST -  ITC - 4  Return
  • ACCOUNTING ENTIRES PASSED AFTER FILING THE GST RETURNS
