Job Description

Role Purpose:-

  • Claiming of export incentives and refund under various laws.
  • Export documentation and process controls 
  • Accounting of Duty free goods under EHTP Scheme (Capital Goods)
  • Organize the approval from Export Promotion Cell and STPI for SEZ, RTV, Re-export shipments under EHTP scheme
  • Issuance Annexure-III certificates for procurement of duty free goods.
  • Preparation of MIS reports for activities handled and taking care of Service Provider payments

Major Accountabilities:-

  • Necessary documentation for claiming the export incentive and refund under FTP, Customs and GST laws
  • Regular monitoring of Export documentation activities and follow up for post shipment documents
  • Accounting for Duty free goods and generate the necessary Reports i.e Form _A (Capital goods)
  • Preparation of necessary documentation i.e. invoice, Shipping Bill and organize the approval from Statutory Authorities for SEZ, RTV and RE-export shipments. Follow for post shipment documents  and maintain tracker thereon
  • Issuance of Annexure -III certificate, maintain the B-17 Tracker including re-credit. Renewal of BG (Capital Goods).
  • Detailed MIS report to be prepared and shared with Management w.r.t RTV, SEZ shipments etc.. 
  • Any other activities in area of Customs, FTP and GST Rules and Regulation

Education & Experience:-

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a manufacturing and business environment
  • Previous experience of working on Indirect Taxation including Customs and GST along with basics of Finance.
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact with various levels of Business and Management teams
  • Ability to work well in a matrix environment
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to perform multitask and accomplish under change management with flexibility.
  • MS Office (proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to ERP systems environment, Oracle & SAP preferred
