Job Description

1 Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates

2 Pre-screening resume of IT professionals / IT consultant according to client requirement

3 Managing recruitment life cycle for sourcing of IT recruitment

4 Have handled IT recruitments like Java, dotnet,PHP,,Devops etc

4 Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements

5 Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates

6 Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles

7 Contact past applicants for new job opportunities

8 Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals

9 Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires

10 Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill

11 Should have to do client meeting also
