Job Description : Key responsibilities - F&B Trainer
ü Impart training on service standards required in the workplace
ü Develop understanding of menu and food & beverage served to the trainee’s
ü Application of relevant regulations and requirements
ü Workplace and servicing procedures and policies for carrying out F&B service tasks
ü Storage, service and upkeep procedure for cutlery, condiments and other accessories
ü What permits and checks are required for working on the premises ,site layout and obstacles
ü The instructions and procedures for entering and leaving the service area and why one should follow them
The levels of personal hygiene required at the service area and why it is important to maintain them during work
Key Skills
ü Effective communication skills (oral and written) Basic computing skills
ü Good interpersonal skills
Age Limit: Above 28 years (as on Jan. 01 (year)), Age relaxation to be provided as per Govt.Rule
Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management from a recognized Institute /University, with at least 5 years’ work/teaching experience in Food and Beverage service including one year as supervisory capacity in a classified Hotel or Facility Management Company
